Easy Returns if you received defective products, Product is different from customer order and description on the website. You have to notify us At the time of delivery or within 36 hours after receiving the Products from the delivery man
Product eligible for return the following
- Products must be in their original condition
- Items should be unused, unaltered, unsoiled Products with their original tags
- Products must be in the original packaging, in the original condition
- Products should not be used
- The product that has been worn or washed is not eligible for return
- The product that damage by yourself
After receiving your product, if you found that the products /services/devices are physically damaged or not working you can get a refund of your ordered product price. To get a refund, please, inform us through an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 01736460341 (10am-6pm). Please, note that to avail a full refund, you have to send the product to Bioxincosmeceuticals.com office in absolutely good condition &
- If you had paid through credit card/debit card or Mobile Banking, then we refund to the same account which will take 7-14 working days. ( credit card payment return may take longer depending on Commercial Banks)
2. If you had paid through COD, we will issue the cheque in the name and address as specified in billing details.
